Class #4: FEEDING THE CHILDREN

In this class you will learn what foods kids like to eat, presentation on how to introduce new foods, healthy counterparts of their favorite foods, how to get your kids involved, and how to avoid making food a power struggle.

C. Dinner - Tuna Melts, Skirt Steaks, Hot Dogs, Chicken Tenders, Easy Meat: Tri-Tip, Annie's Mac 'n Cheese, Raviolis / Tortellini

D. Snacks - Seasonal Fruit, Frozen Yogurt Sticks, Nuts & Raisins, Mozzarella, Cheese Sticks, Carrots / Celery with Dip

III. New Foods

D. It's natural for kids to have a limited selection of foods they like, but we have an increased awareness of nutrition and sometimes need to change to healthier alternatives
